As part of the measures to abandon the use of the electronic document management system based on CompanyMedia, it was decided to introduce an electronic document management system based on 1C:Document flow" (hereinafter referred to as the System).
The implementation of the System is carried out with the involvement of specialists of KIT SYSTEMS LLC with the participation of specialists of IT-Soft LLC. The functional customer of the system is TM Management Company LLC, Department of Business Administration and Project Coordination.
To date, 10 enterprises are using the System in industrial operation, 7 enterprises are at the implementation stage, and 5 more enterprises are planning to implement it.
More than 1800 users are connected to the system. Upon completion of the implementation, the number of users of "1C:Document flow" will reach 2,400 employees.
Introduction of "1C:Document flow" is carried out in stages in the context of enterprises.
At the first stage, functional requirements for the system are developed for each enterprise, including a description of the types of documents and business processes for them (approval, approval, registration, execution, etc.).
At the second stage, based on the functional requirements, the system is configured.
Training of users is carried out through video conferences. Training of TOP management and assistant managers - full-time.
For self-training of users, instructions have been developed, located both in the system and on a single network resource, additionally videos for 3-5 minutes in the directions have been developed.
