LLC "Industrial Infrastructure Company" (support of the information structure of the enterprise) on a permanent basis requires a Lead Engineer in the technical support department of SVT

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintenance of workstations (system units, monitors, etc.), printers and MFPs of various models.
• Determine the need for spare parts for the repair of office equipment.
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of software, operating systems, computer equipment and peripheral equipment.
• Installation and connection of workstation to the corporate network of the enterprise.
• Providing technical support for users of the company's corporate information system‚ remote support for employees of the company's regional offices;
• Preparation of workplaces for users; diagnostics as needed
• Replacement, refilling and restoration of cartridges for printers and MFPs of various models.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the principles of operation and maintenance of workstations, printers and MFPs, including HP models.
• Experience in refilling toner cartridges from various manufacturers.
• Good knowledge of the range of cartridges of various brands, the ability to study and master new types.
• Knowledge in the field of network technologies.
• Carefulness in work.
• The ability to communicate with the client.

Conditions:

Working hours - from 8:00 to 16:30 (Monday - Friday)
Cheboksary, Mira Ave. 1, room 2 (engineering building of the aggregate plant) or Traktorostroiteley Ave., 101 (Block B of Promtractor)
Salary from 34,000 rubles per month.
Payments twice a month.
